About Hermosa Palms NA
Hermosa Palms is one of a few oceanfront, gated, single-family home and titled developments in Costa Rica. This website is supported by the Hermosa Palms Neighborhood Association. We are a volunteer association with the mission of making our neighborhood one of the most desirable to live in Costa Rica. Our neighborhood shares a lovely oceanfront pool leading to a private entrance to the public beach and ocean.
Hermosa Palms is located on Playa Hermosa beach, one of the premier surfing beaches in Costa Rica. Our Beach Club Manager rents surfboards and boogie boards to guests who do not want to pay the extra airplane charge to bring down their personal surfboards.
We are a community of 110 lots, sixty-two completed custom residences and two homes currently under construction. Several lots are available for sale to build a custom home; houses are available for rent by the week or month; and houses for sale for those who desire and want to experience HP lifestyle full-time or have a vacation home. We have listed contact information for the rental homes available and listings of lots and houses for sale.
Turtle Reserve Beach
Playa Hermosa is a Turtle Beach Reserve. The turtles lay eggs between April and November. We support the Minae (a government conservation organization) in their efforts to protect turtle eggs and the beach.
